Coteaching is an equal partnership between a special-education teacher and a general-education teacher. They share a classroom and responsibilities for teaching all students in the class. But what does coteaching look like? How does it work? Are we doing it right?

Finding answers to these questions is crucial to the effectiveness of a coteaching program that is grounded in inclusive education practices. In this webinar, you'll learn the fundamentals of coteaching, how to address some of the obstacles to effective coteaching through a problem-solving process, and a streamlined method for coplanning lessons.

Wilson is the author of numerous articles on coteaching and learning strategies, and her research focuses on inclusive settings, particularly the effectiveness of cotaught programs and associated teaching strategies. Blednick has more than 40 years' experience in public education as a teacher, guidance counselor, administrator, and adjunct college professor, giving her the understanding of how all the parts work best together in an integrated coteaching model.
